  • RETURN WINDOW

 Our return window is thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

  • RETURN PROCESS

 Before returning an item, please first send an email to info@gowithsocks.com. Please also note that the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that using a trackable method to mail your return. Our return address is as follows:

  • REFUNDS

 After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, kindly allow us at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Once we issue your refund, it may take up to 5 business days to appear on your bank account.
