Orders:
Q: "How can I place an order?"
A: To place an order on our website, simply add the items you want to your shopping cart, and then proceed to checkout. You will need to provide your shipping and payment information, and then confirm your order.
Q: “Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?”
A: We process orders quickly, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been shipped.
Q: “Do you offer any discounts for bulk orders?”
A: Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. Please fill the form on Wholesale section and we will get back to you within the next 12-24 hours.
Q: “Can I track my order once it has been shipped?”
A: Yes, we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your package on the shipping carrier's website.
Q: “How long will it take to receive my order?”
A: Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Please see below for the domestic orders.

Q: “Do you guys provide customer support during weekends / holidays?”
Normally we don't provide phone support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP. You can also chat with us on the website.
Shipping:
Q: “Which countries do you ship to?”
A: We ship to all countries around the world. Our warehouse is located in NJ, US. USPS is our primary courier, but we may use alternate ground/air shipping methods.
Q: “How much does shipping cost?”
A: Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of your order. You can see the shipping cost at checkout. In the U.S, free shipping on all orders over $50.
Q: “How long does handling take?”
A: We ship orders in the same day if we receive it before 2 PM EST. Otherwise, it will be shipped out on the next business day.
Q: “Can I expedite my shipping?”
A: Yes, for the orders in the U.S., we offer next day shipping option for an additional fee. You can select the proper shipping option at checkout.
Q: “What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?”
A: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during shipping. However, please contact us if you have any issues with your order and we will do our best to help you. There can be replacement/refund options for damaged/lost orders.
Returns:
Q: "What is your return policy?"
A: We offer a 30-day return policy. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Q: "Q: How long do I have to return an item?"
A: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. We strongly recommend a trackable shipping method to return it back.
Q: "Do I need to pay for shipping to return an item?"
A: Yes, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item you received is defective or damaged.
Q: "Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?"
A: Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. Please contact us to initiate an exchange if you have received wrong color/size.

Refunds:
Q: "How long does it take to process a refund?"
A: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned item. In order to expedite the refund process, kindly remind us once the item is returned to us.
Q: "How will I receive my refund?"
A: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. It may take up to 3 business days to show up on your bank account.
Q: "Will I be refunded for the original shipping cost?"
A: No, we do not refund shipping costs unless the item we sent is wrong, defective or damaged.
Q: "Can I get a refund if I used a promo code?"
A: Yes, you will be refunded the amount you paid after applying the promo code.
Q: "Do you deduct any restocking fee?"
A: It depends on the condition of the item returned. If we received the item opened, used and dirty, then we can deduct the restocking fee up to 70% of the total refund amount.

Q: "What materials are your socks made from?"
A: Our socks are made from a variety of materials, including cotton, alpaca wool, merino wool, bamboo, linen and synthetic blends. Please refer to the product description for details about the materials used in each product.
Q: "Where do your socks made in?
A: Our socks are designed in Berlin, Germany and made in Istanbul, Turkiye.
Q: "Are your socks machine washable?"
A: Yes, most of our socks are machine washable. Please refer to the care instructions page for specific washing instructions.
Q: "Can I request a custom design for my socks?"
A: At this time, we do not offer custom designs for individual orders. However, we may be able to accommodate custom orders for wholesale orders. Please contact us for more information.
Q: "Do you offer socks for people with allergies or sensitive skin?"
A: Some of our socks are made from hypoallergenic materials, such as bamboo or organic cotton. Please refer to the product description or contact us for more information.
