The lifetime of socks varies depending on the materials they are made of, the purposes for which they are used, and the frequency they are used. The expected lifetime of socks with a lifetime guarantee on GoWith are:

Everyday Socks: Approximately 1 year 

Athletic Socks: From 6 months to 1 year

Special Purpose Socks (Hiking, Compression): 1 to 2 years

What are the Issues that Lifetime Guarantee Covers?

GoWith Socks with a Lifetime Guarantee is under warranty against any defect or error in the quality of socks that you purchase directly from gowithsocks.com. Hence, you can start a Lifetime Guarantee procedure if your socks have:

  • Hole,
  • Unraveling,
  • Thinning,
  • Fault in craftsmanship.

No product registration is required to be eligible for the Lifetime Guarantee and when your claim has been accepted, we will send you a replacement of the sock you have or make a refund to your account.

What are the Issues that Lifetime Guarantee Does Not Cover?

GoWith’s lifetime warranty does not cover the damages resulting from misuse, accidents, incorrect care and handling, and normal wear and tear. For now, we don't offer a Lifetime Guarantee for international orders.

How to Start a Lifetime Guarantee Claim for Lifetime Guarantee Socks on GoWith?

To start a Lifetime Guarantee claim, you need the proof of purchase. Then, all you need to do is contact our team members through email at info@gowithsocks.com or via our website's contact form. Please include the following details in your e-mail or contact form:

  • Order number
  • Proof of Purchase
  • Description of the problem/defect you have
  • Photos of the socks and the defect

What is the Lifetime Guarantee Process?

Your claim will be reviewed in 5 days after your claim is submitted. We offer you the following resolution options if your claim is accepted:

  • Replacement with a new pair,
  • Reimbursement as store credit to your GoWith account,
  • Refund to your credit card or bank account

Limitations and Exclusions of the Socks with Lifetime Guarantee Policy

  • The Lifetime Guarantee is void in case of unauthorized changes and repairs to the socks
  • GoWith’s Lifetime Guarantee only applies to the original buyer and cannot be transferred to the other persons.
  • The Lifetime Guarantee only applies to the socks and excludes shipping costs (For instance, you paid 6 USD for your order worth below 50 USD. You applied for the Lifetime Guarantee and it is accepted. You will get the refund of the payment you made for the socks but you will not get a refund for the 6 USD shipping fee. That is, you will not be refunded for the shipping fee you paid during the purchase of the socks.).
  • The Lifetime Guarantee excludes improper care and washing including ignorance or failure to follow the washing and care instructions on the product label.
  • Seconds and irregulars are not included in the Lifetime Guarantee (For example, you received replacement socks but these replacements are not covered under the Lifetime guarantee.)
